Sumario:This research focusing on the optimization of the main parameter which is volume of electrolyte, concentration of electrolyte, anodizing time and voltage applied by using Taguchi Method in order to develop the wear resistance and corrosion resistance using low potential. There are eight steps in Taguchi Method which are identify the main function, side effect and failure modes, identify the noise factors and testing conditions for evaluating the quality loss, identify the quality characteristic to be observed and the objective function to be optimized, identify the alternate levels for each control factors, select the orthogonal array matrix experiment, conduct the experiments, analyze the data and conduct the verification or confirmation experiment and plan for future action.
