In the meantime, it would be easy to know about the employee turnover intention, also it would assist the managers of the organizations to improve their strategies about their manufacturing operators and to address the turnover rate of the employees so that they can do something to improve their organization (Saeed, Lodhi, Ahmed, Afzal, Mahmod & Ahmed, 2013). Hence, this study focus on three states which are Selangor, Pulau Pinang and Selangor. From the three states, the researcher chooses one company from each states which have highest number of employees in the company. This also indicates the that the size of company based on the highest number of employees.
