| Summary: | This research sets out to investigate issues related to the structure of takaaful company and its commercialization aspects by examining various reports and documents as well as undertaking fieldwork study. Although there is no structural difference between takaaful and conventional insurance company, we find that takaaful company should apply appropriate contracts so that its revenue and earnings are secure from any act of association with elements that are prohibited in Islam. |
