Sumario:The objective of this final year project is to find the coherent effect on LOCOS and STI techniques for 0.18 μm CMOS technology using Taurus Workbench. The TSuprem-4 driver is chosen to simulate both CMOS' isolation techniques fabrication process and Medici.The main goal of simulation is to obtain 2D simulated devices cross section of both LOCOS and STI techniques together with its IV characteristic & sheet resistance.
