The study of VSM and kanban in an automotive parts manufacturer /

This research addresses the application of lean manufacturing concepts to the continuous process sector with a focus on the production manufacturing plant. The goal of this project is to make an improvement by applying Value stream mapping, Kanban & Pull system manufacturing.
